10 Easy Frozen Dog Treat Recipes Your Dog Will Love
Here are 10 of the best frozen dog treat recipes. My dog loved them, and so will yours!
I spent a whole day researching the best recipes. Then I made them all to test them for you.
My dog, Ollie, was a very willing taste tester! Pictured above, testing recipe #10.
I used common ingredients so you don’t have to rush to the store in order to make delicious frozen treats for your dog.
A couple of Notes: Use natural peanut butter (NO XYLITOL) and unsweetened, plain yogurt in each of the recipes that contain those ingredients.
Always check with your vet before adding new foods to your dog’s diet.

I used frozen strawberries and pineapple, as that’s what I had on hand. If using a high-speed blender, a splash of water may be necessary to blend thoroughly.

#10 – Blueb Pupsicle

- 4-5 blueberries (per pup cup), squished
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter per cup
- 1-2 tbsp plain yogurt per cup

- Long-ish treats (1 per cup)
Preparation:
- Layer all ingredients into your cup or mold
- Stick your treat in last to act as your ‘stick’
- Freeze for at least 4 hrs
Amounts of ingredients will vary based on the size of the molds being used. I used small Tupperware containers as my molds.
I found it useful to tap the cup on the counter after the peanut butter was added to help level off the layer before adding the yogurt.
To remove the mold once frozen, I ran the container under some warm water.
